Any player can be placed on the waiver wire as long as they have less than 3 B's or higher, or 2 A-'s or higher. This is not counting scouted potential, of course.
The winners will be decided 12 hours after the waiver is originally posted, based SOLELY on cap space. This is in effect regardless if I am on to process it.
After 12 hours, if no claims have been placed, then it becomes 1st come, 1st serve.
