Hard Cap - $90,000,000
Hard Cap Rules
If a team goes over the hard cap, they will be unable to take on any extra cap, whether it be from signings or trades, with the exception of the necessity of having 8 players suited for play. They will be unable to accept any resignings that will put them over, or plunge them deeper, into the hard cap. As a penalty for being in the hard cap, when the regular season ends, any team that is over the hard cap will be forced to decline ALL resignings, and will forfeit their 1st round pick that year. If they do not have their 1st round pick that year, it will take the next available 1st.
Oh and you cannot go over the hard cap via waivers.
