| Lottery picks can not be placed in the d-league.
Only rookies and sophomores can be placed in the d-league.
Placing a player in the d-league will result in a total of 3 +2's to any attributes (except potential)(unstackable).
Players placed in the d-league will be placed on the IR for the duration of the regular season.
Players can only be placed before the start of the regular season.
Each team can send two players to the d-league.
These players CANNOT be traded, waived, or cut.
