I thought you wanted to win now. I don't see how wanting to win now and valuing Gibson more than Davis makes sense at the same time. Not just going by name here, pulling up the ratings.

Varejao has +1 Rebs, +1 handles and -2 Outside compared to Griffin. Matter of preference.
Gibson has -1 Inside, -4 handles compared to Davis. That's where I get confused.

Anyway feel free to counter, only player not moving is Garnett.

Varejao is much more valuable than Griffin, the difference between C+ outside and a D+ for a big is not a big deal at all, so essentially its a pure downgrade,and i find defense very important though i do have some interest in davis just not at the cost of Varejao and Gibson

Varejao and Griffin have the same defense (B+). The matter of preference is really all in rebounding vs scoring.

What if it was Gibson+Pavlovic for Davis type? Pavlovic shouldn't be getting time with you at all.

I was doing Davis and Gibson added in mainly because I also value Varejao more than Griffin due to the rebounding, I thought Davis would even it out by being a much better handler and a better scorer. As for Pavlovic, he's pretty much shit anyway but at least he'd be my backup wing.

Terry's contract is not that good and he can only really shoot the deep ball in my eyes, maybe if he had better handles and defense but not really a PG i need as of now.

you do have others that i do like of course, like Harris, Dirk etc.
