Each camp is a +2 to one attribute (not counting potential)
Players can be camped 3 times a season
Players can be camped a total of 9 times in their career
Each attribute can be camped a max of +6
Players aged 27 or higher can be camped, but it only has a 50% efficiency rate, or +1

The cost of a camp is 5M

Potential Camping

Each camp is a +4 to potential
Players can be camped 1 times a season
Players can be camped a total of 2 times in their career
Players aged 27 or higher can be camped, but it only has a 50% efficiency rate, or +2

The cost of a potential camp is 15M

Scouting

Scouts reveal the true potential of a player
They can only be used on players on your team or draftees

The cost of a scout is 2.5M
